Lies and secrets

What is a lie and what is a secret?
What makes the difference if they are?
ummmm! let me think,
To what i can tell
Lies and secrets are like little brothers
who are always scared that their mum will find out that they are doing
some thing out of order.
Therefore they cover up each other, protect and stand for the other.
For a secret to exist, there must be a lie some where in the background
for security reasons.
And on the other hand a secret is always up to protect a lie
This means that the two are different only that they compliment each
other, co-exist and one can not exist in the absence of the other
in spite of their difference, they have some thing in common: and that
is they hurt all the parties involved.
For instance, there is a man, a family man with a wife and kids
and it happens that he gets sexually attracted to fellow men and
has affairs with them. should we say he is gay? no! for reason
that being gay you are straight, you either go for females if you
are one or for males if you are male. may be i can say you are
living a double life,
Do some refer to that situation as living on a down low like you are
retarding, may be some one has a better explanation.
Though this kind of manna is not minded, considered or not known
to many, its unfair to the victims of lies and deception
What i know of this man, is he is having a very big filthy secret
that he is hiding behind curtains from his family.
And what is predictable of him are the lies that he is going to keep
telling his wife and kids every time they get suspicious.
He will be deceiving his family, telling lies to protect his secret
and keeping them in the dark about the dirty, ugly reality on the
surface right in front of them.
i just can't stop imagining what i am imagining now
So many questions are crossing my mind one after the other.
I wounder what i would do if i were a woman and found out that my man
had such a big secret.

Though some people manage to live a lie and keep the immediate people
around them in deception, its always not too long before the shell
cracks and the secret links out.
The truth about the truth is it never hides for long how ever much
you try to keep it out of reach
And when it does, it causes alot of pain and emotional damage to
the hearts involved.
It hurts not only the victims but the guilty too.
He will feel a very deep depression like every thing
around him is destroyed .
Thats why it is always good to stay true to your self
because when you lie, you are lying to yourself too.
