 A LETTER TO THE LORD

Dear lord,

Am writing to you

Because I have to

I don’t know if you can write back

Please I would appreciate if you did

Today I was thinking too much, of what is, was and has been happening.

Many questions fill the spaces and no answers to fill the gapes

Puzzle boards in their minds are so hard to move a single piece of the game

Many have sought but have not found

The promise that seems to have be broken

Only fills my heart with grief,

As their sad faces are wet by streams of tears that flow through their hearts..

And they lick to drain them as they can’t wipe their eyes dry

Are you a common enemy or a reliable friend

Destroyer or creator?, giver or taker

Who knows you better to publish at least a hint of you

Even your teachers teach their followers what they don’t comprehend rightfully.

Preachers preach the gospel but act other ways.

Believers are no longer sure of what they believe in.

Who knows what is right or wrong?

Anything can be right or wrong

That comes to neither right nor wrong only by cultures and beliefs.

Who causes misery and why

Such a selfish act!!!

Only inequalities could be fair

As a river needs a mouth

We need a destination, focus and reasons for every breath we take

But still I can never doubt you my lord

No matter how hard it is to believe in you

I still and will always do.
